Just really tired these past few mornings. Coffee only goes so far, eh? :' )
@0tacoon I'm trying to do some stretches and jumping jacks in the morning. Just 5-10 minutes or so. That followed by a cup of coffee has helped counteract the grogginess.
@bfleuter Oh true, some physical activity is always a good bit of help to get things going! I find some protein heavy breakfasts help too! Now... imagine all three.
