A screenshot of an interaction with Oracle Cloud customer service where I ask: "I understand that. So for a reason that I cannot be told my account was terminated without any notice, all of my data deleted, and there is nothing Oracle can do to change this?" Oracle support responds "That is correct."

@ErikUden that sucks, and makes zero sense. i work at red hat and just trying to imagine how we could even accidentally do that. if you're interested, lmk and can try and get you in contact with the right people at RH. glad to read you had backups.
