Is there a static type system for JavaScript that /doesn't/ require you to name function parameters?

Hypothetical example:
type Filter<A, B>(:A) => (:B): boolean

Seems if you want to make very generic function types, you either have to choose to make more specific types with appropriate names, use incredibly generic parameter names, or have a parameter naming scheme and reassign to better names at the beginning of the block.

I came across my old iPod Classic 5.5G I got back in high school and now I'm having Technology Feels.

Hey, since I see people making incredibly convoluted variadic compose functions ALL THE TIME in JavaScript, here's my take on it that's easy on the eyes:

const compose = (...fs) => (x) =>
[...fs].reduceRight((acc, f) => f(acc), x)

It only passes one argument through the composition, but it could easily be an array or object.

I use Tableau Public at work for working with small #data, but this is going to grow to bigger datasets and questions in the future. Is there a comparable #opensource program for #Linux in terms of ability and ease of use? (And yes, I'm aware that Tableau Server is coming to Linux)

My mom texted me that the fairy wrasse had food stuck in their mouth and couldn't eat, so she trapped them, pulled them out of the tank, and performed fish "surgery" to remove it. Now they're hiding in the rocks, but my parents think the procedure was successful??? My mom is delightfully weird sometimes.

I love how almost everywhere you look, a "small phone" is anything between 4.5" and 5". Where's the 3" to 4" smartphones at?

@68kHeart I thought about work for several minutes before bed last night and my watch suggested I breathe. It does that almost every time I think about work outside of work. That's how bad this has gotten for me. Talking to my boss solved nothing, it was all just head pats and that I'm doing good.

If I'm in a constant state of panic and anxiety any time work pops into my head, that's not "doing good", sorry bud.

For real though, 2018 needs to be the year I move on from this place, sooner rather than later. Work is constantly putting me in a bad place and I can’t deal with it any more.
