I gave up on #EXWM after a while. The way #Emacs handles window layouts means I often want two Emacs frames on screen at once — side-by-side — but that’s not possible under EWXM. Moving some configuration to Emacs #Lisp is nice, but using EXWM makes Emacs a very large dependency on booting into a graphical environment… I always have Emacs running but sometimes I fuck up my configuration or it crashes and that gives me a kind of architectural anxiety.
