@AnarchoNinaWrites this is one of the things that bothers me about the LGBTQ community’s messaging tbh. Love doesn’t win, it gets thrown in a concentration camp. Love can only win when it’s enemies are defeated.

actually even Care Bears wasn't that bad, the bad people didn't magically become good, just suffered temporary setbacks from violence that was (possibly tragically) nonlethal
in all fairness i would rather have love motivate my actions than hate, though i will not pretend to not hate fascists
but i don't know who decided love was the opposite of violence
falling in love cured me of any remaining pacifist inclinations, i don't know how anyone who is completely unwilling to consider violence no matter the situation can claim to love anyone, how can you love someone and not badly want to seriously fuck up if not kill anyone who tries to hurt them?
why can't we use violence against fascists, out of love, not for them but for the people they are targeting?
