i just finally deleted my flickr account - which must bid pretty fair to be the longest-running account i had going on any service.
credit to flickr for having at one time been a great service that did good things for me.
and for the clear demonstration that all 3rd-party silos will eventually get ruined &/or turn actively malicious. credit to yahoo for accomplishing the former by sucking so unbelievably hard and the latter by getting sold to the astonishingly terrible verizon.
I always read about people complaining about php, but I think it's convenient and a great idea. It runs in a browser and everyone has a browser!
