I thought I posted yesterday, but I can't find any evidence to support that... I'm so happy the rubber band thing is working for you! (And yes, Jeff is chill af and I plan on returning to his series again.)
Yesterday I finished up a 7-day series on focus. It talked about the importance of not being focused all the time and allowing yourself to rest.
Today I started a new series also in the focus category called Staying on Track. Today was boredom.
