Genesee Country Village & Museum covers mostly the 19th century, but I'll take circa 1600 Dutch. It's a faux Rembrandt.
Fun fact: people think Rembrandt painted very dark with muted colors, but it turns out at least some of his paintings look that way because of the varnish on top.

@ArtGeek yes, I wish I had seen the bright originals. And galleries don't help, you have to peer through dimness at something 4 or 5 feet away behind the security barrier. I think what I like best about your photo is the wonderful use of light.
