More banjo fun, Bill Monroe's Old Dangerfield multi-track, with bonus harmony banjo at the end :) https://youtu.be/akAuL_mcEXM
It's worth noting that this is on my custom-built banjo Telecaster, which has fast become one of my favourite instruments. Looks like a standard Tele from a distance, but get a bit closer and you start seeing the differences...
I don't toot often enough (harhar) - here's some music noodling I did the other day: https://www.facebook.com/cwiiis/posts/10101809058032862
Honestly, I think it is a huge mistake for Mastodon to not just treat Twitter like yet-another instance. At least automatically handle @-mentions in the @firstname.lastname@example.org format. It feels like idealism to pretend Twitter doesn’t exist, but I think we should be far more realistic.

Still enjoyably clever in ways that are hard to capture in stills. It does several tricky non-euclidean things I've done in (as-yet-)unreleased work, but did them in 2006 without GZDoom's modern portal tech - impressive! And the final confrontation really is a nice dramatic payoff.
I'm using the bridge site to find all my mufos. It takes a few minutes to pull but it may help others who can't find their people: https://bridge.joinmastodon.org/friends
It's Orwell Bluegrass Festival this weekend - my band, The Vanguards, will be playing on Friday at 14:40, with special guest Ewan Penkey on bass :)
Also very much looking forward to trying out Shackleton's new bluegrass banjo: https://www.instagram.com/p/BToGEdwl8Tu/?taken-by=shackletoninstruments - expecting it to be pretty powerful...
Don't really post much on here... Maybe I'll just talk about banjo-related things, as opposed to on Twitter where it's mostly just tech and sarcasm.
Let's start off with all of the multi-track banjo recordings I've got on YouTube so far: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLRGjmwFxv08CfRjDcoKfv207zYrsn7JIG
