Good morning! Lifting weights feels amazing. If you can, you should try it. If you can't, that's okay. It's much less boring & more rewarding than body weight exercises like doing a million situps.
@Damage I lifted weights on Saturday and I feel like I was hit by a truck. I always get bad DOMS.
@vjgoh Oh yeah, I normally get it pretty bad too. I didn't this time for some reason...probably doing it wrong haha
@vjgoh protein afterwards does help doesn't it, seems weird that it's effective!
@Damage I got the tip from my friend who's a power lifter. She absolutely demolishes chickens after working out.
