I love the sarcasm in the article, like "without having to speak to another actual human being" and "will be scraped from Google Maps. In which case, a smartphone will provide exactly the results without all the hullabaloo" 😄
I especially love the link to this article on the sides:
...sublty underscoring that "we're not going to store customer data" is another way of saying "if it turns we do, it'll be by accident, and you can't sue us because it was in the terms and conditions!"
