I need the #hiveMind's help again: I think someone around here was working on some ways to use #badges for #softwareForges, #git #repositories, etc, that would not require to go through 3rd parties like shields.io.

I'm looking for a simple local solution to show a GPLv3+ license badge, so even a link to a CC-licensed svg is fine, I guess ^^ but finding the actual project would be nice.
