@Canageek you really don't. With that grip, it's better to keep them down on the needles for leverage.
With pinkies up, that's one of the really awkward "parlor" styles.
not to mention a system redesigned from the ground up would probably be unrecognizable to present day computer users. ever seen some of the concepts alan kay has put out? empowering stuff, but pretty foreign to those used to the way computers have evolved today.
Why every videogame has a straight romance nowadays? That's really annoying. I mean, I have nothing against straights, and I don't mind playing straight romances from time to time, but come on! They are everywhere, every single time. I'm sorry, but that's not why I'm playing.
At this point, let's not be afraid to tell it like it is: this is straight propaganda. And developers should be *ashamed*. We don't want politics in videogames!
Whenever a web browser, operating system, or web site gains dominance among users, it stops being cool and starts becomes blatantly abusive.
This Chromium nonsense is just more of what we saw from Internet Explorer.
Every generation of geeks learns this anew, and acts all shocked. Learn some history, folks. Learn from those who came before.
Stop supporting only one platform. Variety is ESSENTIAL. Monocultures are death. #sysadmin

It's time for a NEW MUSIC REVIEW!
First: if you haven't checked out The Zolas's new track Bombs Away, hit that up: https://open.spotify.com/album/5fwYYS4aJ7RLpDflA8cjE0
I listened to this song a lot today, partly because it typically takes Zolas songs a little bit to grow on me. (I'm not sure why that's the thing, but OK.)
Then I kept listening to it because, like most Zolas songs, once it grows on me it becomes my favorite thing.
This one's a good, highly recommended take on housing and gentrification. Give it a listen!
If you don't know who's who, a pro tip is that you can generally get sample ballots that have all the candidates on your real ballot from your board of elections website, so you can know who all the candidates are and research them ahead of time.
Thanks to everyone who worked on #DB2017 for all of their hard work to make the event amazing! Thank you also to the donors and the chat who make the event possible. It was an amazing run this year!
$650,350 for the children!
I think most of my followers already know about this, but I think I have a couple new ones over here (hi!) and it never hurts to get the word out.
In less than a week (starting this Friday), Desert Bus for Hope 2017 begins. It's an almost-week-long fundraiser for Child's Play charity, full of entertainment, ridiculousness, and raising money to help sick children in hospitals.
You can start donating now at http://desertbus.org, and be sure to check out the madness once the stream starts.
