I swear, I use this more for consumption such as and the displayed , than yo actually play games... Which means I'd probably be better off getting a bit more powerful than the 1 I have lying around, and using that as often-on media player connected to my TV/PC screen.

Right, I think I have the basic app set up the way I want now, so now I can just develop it in , , and instead, as I understand those languages better than or .

Now to write a simple or script to generate the HTML, so it becomes easier to add assets.

Hopefully by the end of the day I have a simple like app can play around with, which will maybe help expand his vocabulary. :)

While it's , that stash of discounted I picked up the other day really hit the spot on a warm day like this. :)

Did you know most file managers on Linux support a ".hidden" file in your home directory?

It works pretty much as gitignore does: it hides everything that you list in this file, one file/dir per line.

Second question. When do you consider the end of evening and the beginning of night?

looking for series recommendations

The episodes are a tad too long to my liking, and I have a feeling it's not going to be as positive as I was looking for, but I'm going to give a go next on . :)

Ugh... I wish all subtitles would just translate any language, instead of showing "speaks $language" as soon as a language other than the primary language (in my case usually English) is spoken...

looking for series recommendations

Any on you can recommend?
I'm ideally looking for an established (or even finished) series with several seasons available, and where every episode preferably isn't much longer than half an hour.

Things I've watched and enjoyed in the past include:
TNG/DS9/Picard/Disco/VOY

I'm much more proud of people who have self-published the results of their own blood, sweat and tears, whether it's through print, as e-books, or even just plain text on their own websites.

Especially in this digital age, 'traditional' print doesn't mean you've 'made it', and doesn't have to be something you strive for!

I was a hopeful and gullible eighteen year old back then, and I guess I believed in the 'exposure' lie.
I've only read a couple of the other poems in the book, and IIRC the quality differs quite a bit between poems. To be honest, I wouldn't even consider mine 'good' either; it's too much of an ecrire-automatique piece, lacking structure and flow, and using cliché imagery.
It's a reminder that some people will benefit from your content and you when given the chance, regardless of the quality.

Many years ago, one of my poems got published in a bundle, and as such I guess one could say I'm a 'published poet'. Doesn't mean I see myself as an accomplished author/poet though. 😉

It rather means I handed a freebie to those who published that bundle. I bet the majority of the sales came from fellow who also used poetry.com, and who —just like me— bought a copy of the book themselves just to see their work in print.

Unfortunately, someone from Russia (Alexey Knyazev) is selling my art as wooden puzzles. First, he sold my Wakeful Wolf without my consent.

I told him to stop selling my art and reported this illegal product everywhere I could. Today I saw that he started selling two other artworks of mine as a puzzle under a different company name.

Please don't purchase any puzzles from "woddopuzzles".
instagram.com/woddopuzzles/ or "Alexey Art".
