@Gargron literally me right now... early appointments are a butt.

@Gargron I often have such calls (working in global company, this happens). So 4 hours is the barometer for me. If I can get about 4 hours of sleep then I sleep. If it is less than 4 hours, then I stay awake. (And if I stay awake, I go in late to work the next day, etc.)
