Big thanks to @nolan for reducing the webpack compile time of Mastodon from 6 minutes to less than 1 minute. Turns out it was the zopfli compression plugin

@Gargron Question: Is there at least some sort of compression that's being used at this point now?

@frinkeldoodle Compression not to be confused with minifying. All assets are still minified. Nginx is still configured by default to serve assets with gzip compression. It's a bit less effective but it's not a game changer

@Gargron @nolan Amazing work! Does it also take less ram to compile too, or is it just quicker?
