@Gargron Hi, I checked repository of documentation (source.joinmastodon.org), and i think this documentation is designed to be able to translate the documentation into other languages. If I (or other persons) did translate to other languages, do you plan to merge it into docs.joinmastodon.org?
@rinsuki Yes, it should now be possible to translate even navigational elements.
I will possibly move the source code back to GitHub for more convenience to contributors (it is also easier to react to pull requests with GitHub notifications)
@Gargron OK, I'll try translate... thanks!
Thank you very much @Gargron. Looks great, I was looking for documentation to develop apps and I found some helpful stuff. I like Hugo and that's what I'm using for my personal blog. As @rinsuki it's a good time to start translating. I hope Basque community start also working in the translation. I'm very busy right now but I may help in the future. Congratulations!
@Gargron Hi Eugen; the documentation is high-quality; reads great. Lots of helpful informative content. ... includes... Eugen @Gargron
After working all night on this and staying up to 11 in the morning, I'm finally done porting the content and widgets over from GitBooks back into Hugo for our documentation:
I'm not done with changes, though. There's still stuff left to do.
@Gargron Can you tell why you go away from GitBook? Many thanks!
@Gargron thank you so much for the hard work. Appreciate! :)
@Gargron FYI: just happened to notice that the “Read the Docs” button on joinmastodon.org’s homepage links to a 404 error
@Gargron on mobile is kinda hard to navigate...the menu is just too long...
