@Gargron Believe me, only a bread made from sourdough is a real bread. A great source of information is this blog ploetzblog.de/ (German) with delicious bread recipes. Homemade bread is just great. Two of my first tries. 😋

@Gargron I am also not a connoisseur, but I messed up enough doughs to be able to say that yours looks pretty good!

@Gargron this looks great! I recommend letting it bake longer, though. Don't be afraid of a little color!
