I realize that I must write a patreon blog post with updates since the last one, but the entirety of April is such a big thing I don't even know where to begin. Like hey, we went viral on infosec Twitter, then in France, then worldwide. Not to mention all press attention, all the releases, Japan...

IME, the best way to write about huge things is to start exactly that kind of way -- "This is so big, I don't even know where to start."
(not that I'm suggesting that isn't obvious, just that it wasn't obvious to me at first when I would write about incomprehensibly large/complicated things)
@gargron sometimes I find starting with the cliché "wow where to begin" or let me sum up or you could say a lot has happened gets the post going. You might delete the cliche but start with what you are feeling. Which is holy crap what a ride the last month has been

I'd add something like:
