NYAG's counsel responds that's not true:

"If you test negative for 48 hr period, you no longer have to wear a mask."

(None of the lawyers, on either side, is wearing a mask today.)

NYAG's counsel Andrew Amer defends the propriety of the gag order:

"The First Amendment has limits."

He notes the D.C. federal judge also imposed one.
