You’ve probably also seen that the package the Senate voted on included a different TikTok bill than the one the House approved a few months ago. Even though this is now law, it’s unlikely to go into effect for years, if ever. 1. It doesn’t even go into effect until 1/19/2025 and that’s only assuming there’s no litigation to stay it. 2.
