The answers have cone when i relax and move them from a chase in the consciousness, to a nervous animal's approach in the unconcious. I will have faith in follow, and better practice taking care of myself.

Otter is a figure in my life and has been for some time and i saw that clearly this morning. There are far too many signs dating back, and they clearly mean to teach me the value of relaxation and flow, and where in my life i lack it. 'things will come to you when you don't chase then' this sort of thing.

My conjured shielding for empathic parsing is good. It has worked well so far, but it's specific. I'm thinking i should work on something a little broader to my needs, or at least something to keep me attentive and productive while i, to be honest with myself, get a ADHD diagnosis.
Note to self, magic is exhausting. Be aware of this and that it leaves you empathicly vulnerable
