So my back is full on aching at the moment, so much so that I can't really stand at our sink to clean the dishes I need to eat food so that I can take painkillers to fix the ache in my back.
All praise cats napping at the end of the bed that keep your tootsies warm.

OK, having only had 2.5 hours sleep I think I am going to just push #NaNoWriMo to par and then go have a nap on the couch.
It's halfway #NaNoWriMo day.
