The best thing about editing a game system is that I now understand it enough to run it. Considering running a homebrew horror campaign with heavy Lovecraftian elements set in the distant past. Sumeria, maybe...

I did not need to find a local baker who makes the best brown butter shortbread I have ever had, but here we are, and of course I find one who doesn't actually have a shop.

"WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND INFORMATION ABOUT GREEK EUNUCHS?" is not a thing I expected to have yelled at me in chat today.

And if there isn't one already, I'd really like to see an instance that's specifically for pros in gaming, comics, and SFF publishing.

Is it possible to create new instances? I can't figure this out from the main site. Also, searchable list of instances would be great.

Intro post? I'm an author and editor and jack-of-all-trades in the science fiction and fantasy worlds.
