@JoeKyroz i use it when travelling basically. while at home i can go to a fitness trail instead
@JoeKyroz Jump rope, burpees, jumping jacks, create a circuit of easy progressions of #calisthenics exercises, add some animal crawls for interest. I did GMB's Elements program in my living room and it has interesting moves that build a good foundation for calisthenics (oh, not free though).
@JoeKyroz look up the "seven minute workout". it's a pretty good, pretty strenuous circuit training method and there are phone apps to do all the guidance and timing
