OK so what if the proportions of representation in the House were based not on the census but on how many people voted in your state’s elections last time 🤔

@andrhia this idea feels fair, but seems very susceptible to voter suppression

@JoeTortuga It actively disincentivizes voter suppression by the apparatus of state government, who would suddenly have a stake in getting as many voters to the polls as humanly possible
