Wow. Nextcloud 16 alpha feels so much faster already. There is a lot of optimization going on. This will be a nice release!
@Karlitschek Did you ever think of using rewriting Nextcloud in another faster language like Go or using something hybrid like Pydio did? Php is great because that's the easiest option for everyone to install, but it isn't the best for perfomance. I wonder what tricks went into making NC 16 "so much faster".
