Mastodon is def a better alternative as GNU social, because this has a consistent design.
I tried it 2 times but it failed every time, mostly because of unconsistent designs.
This could be very confusing.. for example someone is copying you, takes the same name, ava and stuff and claims he's is the real guy. (May be it can be overseen by average peeps or sth..)

Mastodon keeps saying i should no upload headers bigger than 2 MB. Thing is, it IS definitely under 2 MB but it keeps saying that.
My timeline do not work properly. I see toots from 2 days ago, every time i reload the site. Some kind of bug?
