@SlowRain I made French toasts, sausages, potatoes, scrambled eggs and chocolate mousse.
I bought some baked goods (shortbread cookies and cinnamon rolls) from a local cafe and some chocolate from a local chocolatier (a bunny and a big egg).

@LN
What kind of bread do you use for French toast, & what's your recipe?

@SlowRain I used a pain au lait this time. I leave the slices out for a day or so to get them dry.
I soak them in milk first and then a mixture of eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Then butter on the griddle and there we go.

@SlowRain Not at all, recipe on the wrapper of Nestlé dessert chocolate for as long as I can remember.
200g of dark baking chocolate
6 eggs
Separate white from yolk. Whisk egg whites until very firm.
Melt chocolate. Add yolks. Add whites. At least 3 hours in the fridge.

@LN
You just knew I was gonna ask, but what does the wrapper look like?

@SlowRain I don't have an example. I haven't been back to France in a year and a half and my stock has been long depleted.
It is wrapped in craft paper.simplygourmand.com/nestle-dess

@LN
OK. What chocolate did you use? Could I use the orange one from Carrefour?

@SlowRain It will work with almost anything. It will taste better with good chocolate :)
