ahh, sorry I'm so heavy on my Kickstarter right now, I'm just super excited!! and nervous!! hoping we can make $6k before the week is over, we're so close!
As for games that CROSSNIQ+ is inspired by? Think 90's arcade puzzle games on PS1 and Dreamcast - Puzzle Fighter, Money Idol Exchanger, Magical Drop, Cleopatra's Fortune, Tetris The Grand Master to name a few.
The game is kinda like a cross between a Rubik's cube and Bejeweled.

But first, thought I would introduce Masto to the y2k kick I've been on lately - CROSSNIQ+ (my kickstarter game) is heavily inspired by "y2k" aesthetic, which was a visual design look popular in the late 90's.
Think biotechnology, the early internet age, 90's rave fashion, and the anime boom, combined into one. I REALLY want to make this project and help revive this aesthetic. <3

it's for CROSSNIQ+, a late 90's-flavored arcade puzzle game really heavily influenced by PS1 and Dreamcast games, and by the "y2k" era of visual design.
any and all support from any of yall who may not follow me on birdsite, haven't seen yet, etc. would really make a world of difference to me <3 we're in the mid-campaign blues rn and every bit counts.
