@hund Small batch, "hand crafted" beer that usually focuses on unique flavor profiles or bitters. A beer that's not your ordinary pilsner and doesn't follow traditional brewing styles.
Examples would be a vanilla coffee porter, bourbon barreled stout, etc. Some people go crazy and make flavors like chocolate maple bacon donut porter, hibiscus IPA on nitro, marshmallow smore stout...
