Whenever I see threads of people discussing how ADD/ADHD manifests for them, I want to print everything out to make a huge binder and throw it in the faces of people who cannot comprehend that it is not limited to being a hyper kid
"oh but you're so focused"
"oh but you're not at all hyper"
"oh but you're just being lazy"
are all things I've heard and I cannot refute verbally because I don't want to deal with trying to justify
