So my bread adventure continues. Fed up with coarse whole wheat "bread" flour which seems utterly unsuited to actual bread, i gave soft whole wheat "pastry" flour a try, half-and half between that and unbleached white, plus sunflower seeds.
As you can see, it expanded in the oven so much that even slashing the top didn't prevent blowouts. The tallest bread I've made in a long time.
