this is Shaw Norseton, a newly appointed Ranger in the post apocalyptic northwest country known as the Pacifica Territories

He’s usually very naive and good-natured and truly wants to make the territories a more peaceful place, free from crap like bandits and radioactive god-monsters. Also Vasco is his partner/trusty steed, not the wisest of decisions but Shaw believes he can see the good in anyone
