@Rubbaduxx I'm not sure about that link. The first paragraph is really heavy with academic jargon, and it doesn't get better. When someone like myself is saying that, it is not just a "minor" issue, because I tend to do that a *lot* myself. And if you are speaking to people with mental health issues, this is not an effective manner. But if you are talking to "social workers" maybe this is an OK thing? I doubt it really. I should ask those who are.
