The list of people I’m supposed to believe are “anti-elitists” already includes:
1. A property-speculator, who inherited his money, became President and lives in a gold house; and
2. A monocle-wearing Old Etonian who owns a hedge fund;

Now I’m asked to believe I should add a misogynist with a £4m car who believes cigars make him cool to the list.
