Make reality Checks on goals. Don't take on projects that are far beyond your comfort Zone. Pushing the line is fine, being constantly overstraint is not.
Take time off. (yes you can) take care of yourself. Take time to listen to your head, heart and gut. Your Intuition is right. You are ok.
