Reminder why Forums are great and Discord sucks.
Googled something I needed today and where did it lead me? To a post on my own forum 😅 with the exact fix.
Search engines don't get Discord but they do get Forums.
Put guides on Forums pleeeeaaase.
@Sirsquid I have always found forums to be better than Discord's/Guilded's, etc.
But anytime that I create a forum, I'm always told "I don't want to join a forum, I'm already on Discord"

A forum is a great place to find a solution to a problem together. After you found it, dump the thread and post it in a wiki... pleeease :)

@Sirsquid Yes. But also my least favourite search result is landing on my exact query in a forum, but the only reply is “this question has already been answered. Please do a search before posting” 😆
@Sirsquid what if I told you that discord is making a forum channel type? Great right? No, it can't be accessed globally like every other forum.
Discord is special.

A blog is also searchable and findable. At least somewhat.
