Training is paying off. I am fitter, according to the numbers. I can go longer on the turbo, which is good. My power levels have increased. Thing is, when the program adjusts your training automatically according to your fitness, it doesn't feel like you're making progress.
I've got a nice pretty graph from Strava showing that my fitness is increasing.
I also went out cycling in the real world the other day. 1/2
