Training is paying off. I am fitter, according to the numbers. I can go longer on the turbo, which is good. My power levels have increased. Thing is, when the program adjusts your training automatically according to your fitness, it doesn't feel like you're making progress.
I've got a nice pretty graph from Strava showing that my fitness is increasing.
I also went out cycling in the real world the other day. 1/2
That was fun. I strapped my Son into the childseat in front of me, and we went out for a ride in the sun. I wasn't working that hard, but it was good that the world was flying past. Son enjoyed it. He said "Hi" to everybody we went past. Including the roady on the Trek bike in full Trek team kit who we overtook. I extended the ride because it was over too soon. Great fun, I'd forgotten how nice it is to be outside and actually enjoying cycling.
@hulver Wooo! You can get so into stats you forget the fun
