@PhroMetal No problem! :smile: I use #Tusky too. Great app. Only thing I would like improoved as as @Vavassor can are the notifications. For the moment they are not working. At least on my phone.
I also have every notification sent to my email address so I get notified, but I would like a notification on Android to work.
Also ability to share to Tusky... But, I have patience. Thanks to @Vavassor for everything! Great app already. I enjoy using it. :wink:
@PhroMetal @Vavassor Me too. I don't like to be bombarded with notifications, but I would like to be notified when someone I value toots. Also, I don't know exactly why, but #Mastodon really got me pulled in on this social thing :sweat_smile:

@PhroMetal @Vavassor Similar on my end too. I use Facebook very little. Occasionally I use FB Messenger to talk with my brother transcontinental. All other communication I do using #Telegram. Now that Telegram got #Voice #calls and they work beautifully, I'm slowly replacing even normal phone calls with Telegram calls.
@Tomislav I've only used Signal. should I be using Telegram instead?
@PhroMetal It depends... Signal is renowned for security (Snowden recommends etc). Nothing against it. But Telegram serves me better. Has many better features and it works beautifully (the best) across different devices. Calls have exceptional quality. I have both Signal and Telegram. Telegram has it's own encryption method and many count that as negative. I don't.

One of the best (and least recognized features) is that I can share my username (without my phone number) with other people...

@PhroMetal @Vavassor Twitter is very good for following news and high profile entities. Hopefully we will be seeing more people on Masto too.
@Vavassor @Tomislav I use Facebook to talk to close friends and Twitter to follow tech news, but I totally agree that Mastodon has me hooked. Maybe because it's young but everyone feels like they're on equal footing?
