1. I was so happy to find that book in the mid-90's when half of the games were forgotten and it sounded like some alien world of gaming
2. Becky Heineman had some kind of involvement with the book, she is at least mentioned as the Space Invaders champion and I think has also claimed to contribute a large part of the text
