A Childhood friend of my wife’s, whose father is originally from Pakistan was just deported yesterday. He lived in the USA for decades paid taxes and collect Social Security. His family is frightened and my wife is sad. I am furious and my government.

It seems strange to go back to a #RSS feed, physical newspapers and magazines, and public television to get the news.
But, it is much more satisfying to be away from clickbait and false information presented to me by an algorithmic Surveillance system.

Remember the 2016 Republican primary? Remember when Marco Rubio, a candidate for President, at a rally insinuated Trump’s small hands means he has a small penis? Remember when candidate Trump at a Republican debate held up his hands to show their size to prove he has a big penis? These are the “adults” running the government.
Contrast this with the kids that survived last weeks terrorist attack on their school. These are the “children”.

The movie looks exciting, because it is something different.
I have loved the idea of an Afro-futurist super-hero adventure. When Jack Kirby and Stan Lee created the Panther they had him best the Fantastic 4 in combat. Like the Phantom, BP’s identity is past down to another. But, unlike the “white savior” in the jungle, the Panther is an African king! The woman of Wakanda are warriors. Wakanda is beyond 1st world countries. What is not to love?

After being on Facebook since 2006, I decided to leave.
I am keeping #messanger and #local to keep up with friends, family, and events.
I am going to start using my #Snapchat and #Mastodon accounts more often. Meanwhile I am dabbling in #ello with my Polaroid photography. Also I am playing around with #mewe, #path, and #peach to see how they function and what they offer.
Facebook has over time has become a garbage den...and it is slowly turning me and other good people into terrible people.

Polar Bear Plunge yesterday. Our team raised $11,000 for the Special Olympics.
My brother was the bravest plunger of the team. He pushed himself out of his wheel chair and dove into the freezing murky water.

I feel the State of the Union’s format should changed to something similar to Britain’s Prime Minister Questions....but added to the format , questions should be delivered in a dark room with the prez under a hot bright light...while handcuffed to the table.
