Not everything the Babushka bakes is a success. I tried these Lemon Pie Bars recipe from the NY Times and it looked great. But, after following the directions, the lemon filling came out great but the crust turned out gluey and underdone. It's too late to start over. Lucky I found a box of brownie mix in the pantry so we can have some sweets on #Shabbat
