UI design conundrums:
When a user presses "Boost" on a toot, do I literally attach rocket engines to it and launch it off the screen?

The problem is that if you ask anyone if they want rocket boosters, they will ALWAYS say yes.
It's only when they get their rocket boosters that second thoughts start to set in.
