Ready to make some #vegan #sushi !
We have carrot, avocado, bell pepper, cucumber, some salad and roasted string beans and baby corn.
And to top it off some pickled ginger which turned out to be dirt cheap and delicious here in Thailand (800grams for 1.5euro).
I also like to add some Sriracha sauce and cream cheese!
