@fraying Agreed, I'm glad I'm not alone. I was starting to think I was the only one apart from Stallman who despised the word "content". I'm utterly sick of the word.

@Gargron Social isolation is likely really bad for our brains. I would recommend arranging with a friend to meet up as soon as you can. I used to not see my friends too often either, but recently I've seen them more often and I think it's contributed to me feeling much better generally. I expect meeting friends IRL stimulates parts of our brains that are important for our well being. Do you live with anyone (e.g. family, roommates) and see them regularly?

@Gargron Perhaps you should consider turning off the internet for a few days. Go for a walk, go somewhere pretty, see friends. It can really be revitalizing. Maybe give yourself some time to think about what you're doing and where you're going in general. Allocate time to experience or do things that make you happy and bring you joy.
