I say technically because it's got more buildings, and more people, than areas five times the size in other regions?

But it's just one of 10 or more areas of comparable size within 50 miles. And if you go another 10 miles beyond that you've hit Baltimore, or you're 3/4 of the way to Richmond.

It's not The City, it's just a neighborhood in the sprawl.
