Don’t have the time to run a retrospective? That’s ok, keep on doing the same thing to achieve the same/diminishing results.

Want to take your team to the next level? Awesome, set up regular retrospectives!

Get to the guts of challenges by having a nameless, rank-less session about your sprint goals/objectives & dive deep into:
* Results - was the result +ive or -ive?
* Reasons - what was the reason for the result?
* Responses - What are the 1 - 3 actions you will take to improve the result?

Put your audience in the driving seat of your Sprint Review! How do they interact with the product/solution? Does it answer the hypothesis? Does it solve the right problem? Move away from presenting and drive valuable feedback!

@P_Dog what do you think about bringing clients in for micro reviews and having them test your product?

The goal being that they can provide feedback and adapt the solution to better suit their needs?

Years ago I observed an audience in a Sprint Review & saw them glued, glued to their phones!

Focusing the team to work on their narrative; engaging the audience; involving them in the review & actively extracting feedback transformed it to a session that customers looked forward to.
