Somebody on Twitter mentioned that they'd had "hope is a discipline" as their mantra lately, and lately it's become mine too.
Being super white I don't have much experience with or tactics for hoping, working, or even just *existing* under an oppressive regime. (Being female...well, no one taught me coping skills for that either. :/)
I am actively trying to practice for hope, and do the work, and accept whatever I can contribute as enough for now.
